Reflux Remedy Report Review

Phew, what a tongue twister.  Try saying, “Reflux Remedy Report review” three times fast! Despite being difficult to say, this is a good product, and one we think you should consider.

About this Acid Reflux Product

The Reflux Remedy Report is a 49 page e-book that we do recommend, however with some reservations. The first section of the e-book is a basic introduction to acid reflux (not too useful if you are already pretty knowledgeable about this condition).  It goes on to  tell you about three easy-to-find and cheap ingredients that can be found at your local grocer (just finding out what these ingredients are makes this book worthwhile).

Reflux Remedy Report ReviewNext, the e-book goes into its’ quick solution for acid reflux; following this recipe exactly should help provide relief for most acid reflux sufferers, and very quickly too (although we saw some other reviews of Reflux Remedy Report where customers reported the solution taking a fair amount longer than the “couple of minutes” that is claimed).

After revealing its “Reflux Remedy” the book is supplemented with information on some herbs used to treat acid reflux, as well as further treatment methods and a useful, printable checklist.

Finally, the book goes on to make some distinctions between heartburn and GERD (basically, chronic acid reflux).  We were honestly a bit disappointed by the way the book ended, and assume many users are as well.

When ordering this product, you are also given two free reports – “Lessons From The Miracle Doctors” & “10 Deadly Health Myths of the 21st Century”. Both are very fascinating reads and definitely add to the overall value of this product.

Great Taste No Pain Review

Great Taste No Pain Review - Acid Reflux Sherry Brescia - Author of Great Taste No Pain

For a long-lasting solution to acid reflux, we give our highest recommendation to Great Taste No Pain! Our review follows, as well as two other customer reviews (on the bottom of the page).

If you are suffering from acid reflux, then you surely know all too well the pain and discomfort associated with it. Taking antacids and/or over-the-counter medication usually is just a temporary fix and can be very expensive over the long-run.

Often the worst part about living with acid reflux or its associated conditions is that in following the doctor’s orders of making dietary changes or taking over-the-counter (OTC) medication, is that the sufferer often feels hopeless and resigned to temporary solutions. Before you take your next antacid or OTC drugs, we urge you to consider the natural and effective Great Taste No Pain program.

Author of this program Sherry Brescia teaches those who suffer from acid reflux and other digestive disorders how to dramatically reduce acid PH levels in their body. Brescia herself suffered for years with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), even being hospitalized with colitis at her low-point.

Inspired by her own condition, and tired of the lack of effective treatments, she started to analyze what did and did not work. Using the same techniques that Dr. William Hay developed over a century ago (which he used to cure Bright’s disease, a terrible condition that took many lives), Sherry spent fifteen years refining a system that would help her properly balance the acid in her body, regardless of the food she ate.

Great Taste NO Pain was the result of her years of research and self-testing. Her profound discovery was that the most important thing is not in what you eat, but in how you eat it. To give a little more detail: the combination of how you ingest food is what throws your acid levels out of whack. The Great Taste No Pain program will teach you how to eat what you want without having issues with acid reflux or other digestive problems.

Customer Review #1

Hi Sherry,

It is Nov 2nd and I have had such a shift of sustained energy from the 4 day plan I almost forgot to send this description of my experience to you!!!

In the 1st day and a half, I was skeptical and tempted to skip eating fruit first on an empty stomach. Every time I moved, I hurt. I almost convinced my self that fruit was responsible for my headachy and almost hung over feeling the 1st 18 hours. I am so glad I resisted and didn’t cheat.

My energy has completely shifted and I have been nicknamed the ever ready bunny by friends and family!!! This is quite a change from last week before I began the plan. I was becoming the Queen of the 15 minute power nap…. who could over shoot the 15 minutes by an hour at times!!!!

The 5 lbs I have dropped effortlessly is an added bonus, but the greatest gift of all is that I DO NOT have any acid reflux that took me by surprise when I would lie down. The burping and pain in my throat is gone. The most incredible thing happens – I sleep soundly. As if I was a kid without any cares or worries in the world!! And when I wake up I am not reaching for tissue to blow my runny nose!

I haven’t needed to take any antacids or aspirin/ibuprofen for queasy stomachaches and headaches. I only wish I had discovered this years ago. I feel wonderful and happier – it is quite delightful to feel this fabulous and radically DIFFERENT & with fast results from such simple effortless changes!!

If I had to pick a favorite recipe it would be the soup w/ cilantro – it would be the best ever!!!

Thank You Thank You Thank You for sharing this wonderful information!!!

It is so simple – I am happily astounded. Thanks so much -

Customer Review #2

Hi Sherry,
I can’t thank you enough for the astounding results I achieved with your 4-day no pain eating plan. Now I’m looking forward to receive your book to cook your recipes. Thanks to your no pain eating program I’m eating much healthier than before and even my trousers fit me much better. Now I know that I can eat healthily without any pills for acid reduction or elimination. In fact, today I went to visit my doctor and after he checked my stomach and my abdominals, he found them nearly completely healed. In fact, he told me I don’t need any pills anymore. I told him about my eating plan and he agrees with it. Since I am a teacher and had acid reflux, it was a problem for me because my problem was getting hoarse. Now I have solved my stomach and voice problems as well. Thanks very much and I honestly and strongly recommend your no pain eating program to anyone to who suffers from stomach problems.
Regards,
Mariella Camilleri, Malta

Review of acid reflux treatment - can stop it the burning?

If you ever have tried to get to sleep at night, but were unable to sleep due to a burning sensation in the chest or throat, you have probably experienced acid reflux. Acid reflux commonly occurs when the lower esophageal sphincter is not closed properly and leakage of contents of the stomach into the esophagus. This is what refers to reflux.

Acid reflux usually feels like a burning pain in the chest that can upload to the throat. It often feels as if the food is returning to the mouth and leaving a sour taste. Often acid reflux is worse after eating and may be worse when you lie down.

Some 25 million adults suffer from acid reflux daily. More than 60 million experience heartburn at least once a month. Treatment of acid reflux can help manage the State, but not all acid reflux treatments are the same. Find a treatment of reflux that works can be complicated, and decide on a course of treatment should be discussed with your doctor. Often the treatment depends on the severity and frequency of symptoms.

Drugs are common in the treatment of acid reflux. Simpler for the treatment of acid reflux drugs are antacids, which can be purchased at the front desk. Antacids are generally the first drugs recommended for the treatment of acid reflux. Antacids neutralize stomach acid to reflux does not contain any acid to burn the esophagus. The main disadvantage of antacids in treatment of acid reflux is that it is rapidly emptied from the stomach and then returns the acid. Antacids without a common prescription for the treatment of acid reflux are Tums, Rolaids, Maalox, Mylanta, Alka-Seltzer and milk of magnesium.

A foaming agent is another treatment of acid reflux available such as Gaviscon. This works covering the contents of the stomach with foam to prevent reflux. The foaming agent is a treatment of acid reflux that is normally used in conjunction with another method to be the most effective treatment.

Histamine antagonists, known as H2 blockers help stop acid production. This acid reflux treatment prevents histamine from stimulating acid-producing cells. The receiver block is known as the two type of histamine receptor. H2 antagonists should be thirty minutes before meals to be an effective treatment for acid reflux. H2-blockers, relieve acid reflux symptoms, but do not cure the inflammation of the esophagus that often accompanies acid reflux. The drugs block H2 are available on medical prescription and non-prescription. Non-prescription versions have lower doses than those available on prescription. Common names of brand for H2-blockers include Axid, Pepcid, Tagamet and Zantac.

Other treatment of acid reflux medications are Proton pump inhibitors. These drugs are available only by prescription and are more effective than H2 blockers. Proton pump inhibitors block the secretion of acid in the stomach and thus protect the esophagus from acid cure the inflammation. Some doctors recommend the use of an H2 blocker and a Proton pump inhibitor, taken before going to bed. The common names of the brand of inhibitors of Proton pump in the treatment of acid reflux include Prevacid, Prilosec, Aciphex and Nexium.

Recently, an implant was approved by the FDA as a treatment for acid reflux for those that do not respond well to medication, but want to avoid surgery. Many people prefer to use natural treatments on drugs. Herbal treatments are another common treatment of acid reflux. There are many treatments available herbal, but not everyone can perform equally well. It takes longer to see results with herbs for the treatment of acid reflux. An enzyme supplement that contain betain or pepsin or papaya must take with meals to ensure proper protein digestion.

Pineapples and lemons can also be used for the treatment of acid reflux. Pineapples support digestion and have a high level of the enzyme Bromelain, which helps prevent acid reflux.

Lemons in salt can also prevent acid reflux.

Acid reflux treatment also depends to a large extent on diet. There are many foods known to trigger acid reflux. While not all food will affect everyone in the same way, certain foods have a higher incidence of symptoms of acid reflux. Foods to be avoided usually include products of tomato, mint, chocolate, alcohol, caffeine, carbonated beverages, and Citrus juices. The effect of these foods can be mild to severe depending on who suffers from acid reflux. Others will find they have no problems with suitable food, but you will have problems with other foods. A good way to detect a connection with food and acid reflux would be to keep a food journal for 2-3 weeks. Record everything what eat and any experienced symptoms. Meals smaller and more frequent also may go a long way to relieve the symptoms of acid reflux.
